Technical Support Representative - Reference ID: TSR

DobroSoft is a European Gaming Software company with American management with a 6 year history in Sofia, Bulgaria. Our portfolio includes clients from Asia, Europe, the United States, and South America. The company is an innovator in the Internet Gambling space. The Bulgarian office is the main production facility with over 50 staff members and several on-going projects. The company is entering a new phase of growth and expansion in Bulgaria.
Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Be able to resolve issues on the fly
  • Willingness to work night shifts
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of web related services and applications

Additional qualifications:

  • Prior customer support experience with an IT company is a plus
  • Prior Customer Support experience with an ISP or an IT company would be a definite advantage
  • Employment/Internship in the US or native English speaking countries (UK, Australia ) is a plus
    Experience in testing, reproducing of technical issues in test environment, and troubleshooting is an advantage
    Theoretical knowledge of MS OS

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous Chat and Email support to DobroSoft customers
    Investigate customer (technical) problems and determine the root cause
    Identify severity of problem(s) and prioritize issues
  • Escalate customer issues to Administrators or Supervisor/Manager when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by following up on issues and ensuring problems have been taken care of
  • Reporting on a daily basis of the performed activities
